E-Verify is a fast, accurate online service that compares information from an employee’s Form I-9 to data from U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility. The E-Verify Connector provides tight integration between E-Verify and our HCM solution, making employee record keeping a seamless process. With E-Verify Connector, employment eligibility reports are automatically saved within the solution’s employee records, where they can be easily accessed and referenced for compliance purposes. 

The eQuest Advantage Network is a cloud-based service that can be used to post job requisitions to a network that includes over 8,000 free career sites. The network is composed of major job board aggregators and national outreach career sites. Each job is reviewed by eQuest to make sure that it is sent to the best corresponding career sites. This is done by reviewing the listed job title, skills, and location and sending your job to the best applicable network locations including internet search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing. There is no cost to post a job to the Advantage Network. The post will include your tracking link and URL so when candidates apply for the job, they will be automatically redirected to your applicant login portal.

Quickbooks is an accounting software package developed and marketed by Intuit. Use this integration to effortlessly post all of your payroll transactions into your Quickbooks register including your custom General Journal Entry as well as any checks and payments. 

Section 6106 of the Affordable Care Act, enacted on March 23, 2010, amended section 1128(I) of the Act to incorporate specific provisions pertaining to the collection of staffing data for long term care facilities[1]. Section 1128(I)(g) of the Act will require nursing homes to electronically submit direct care staffing information, including information with respect to agency and contract staff based on payroll and other verifiable and auditable data in a uniform format. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reporting specifications require detailed information about the work employees perform, as well as demographic human resource data. In addition, resident census data must also be reported. This electronic data collection program is called the Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ). The frequency of data submission will be quarterly. The voluntary submission period for testing began on October 1st, 2015, and mandatory reporting is scheduled to start on July 1st, 2016.

For employees who use Turbo Tax to file their year end personal income tax returns, Fusion now offers integrated filing of employee W2 information with intuit.
