Phone/Fax

With our experienced team of payroll professionals you can submit your payroll to us by phone or fax. Each payday you will receive an easy to use customized input worksheet . Just enter any changes to your employee’s pay information, or employee master file.  And we do the rest. Your checks, vouchers and reports will be delivered the next business day.

PC/Remote

All you need is an internet connection. Payroll Dynamics provides you complete access to our all-inclusive payroll application, Evolution®. With our highly secure, unsurpassed encryption and full field level audit history.

Evolution® ensures the confidentiality and integrity of your corporate, and employees' personal data. You  have instant access to employee records and full reporting capabilities. Our application is loaded with easy to use navigation, wizards and screens designed to make your experience pleasant.

Excel Spreadsheet

For those of you who are familiar with Microsoft Excel® and would like to continue using it, we will email your Payroll Dynamics spreadsheet each pay period. It comes preloaded with most of the payroll information needed. You just key any payroll data and changes into the spreadsheet and email it back to us. We then import the data back into our system for processing completion. Your checks, vouchers and reports will be delivered the next business day.

Time Clock Import

You can choose from any of our highly rated, cost effective time clock systems. We offer an extensive choice of data collection methods. From simple web based swipe clocks to advanced biometric readers. We install and support all of our time clock solutions or if you already have a clock system in place, we simply take an output file from your current system and import it directly into Evolution® for a seamless integration to Payroll Dynamics.

Automatic Pay

For those of you who pay your employee's a standard salary or fixed hours every pay period, and prefer to not contact your payroll specialist to confirm each payroll, we will schedule your payroll to be processed automatically, with the information available to us, unless we hear from you otherwise.
